Continuity of Care! When a Doula connects with your family before birth it facilitates a strong connection and a deeper understanding about what you want from your birth experience.
Unlimited phone, text, and e-mail support
24 hour on-call availability from 38 weeks until birth (special arrangement possible for twins or high risk pregnancies)
Ongoing support as needed and extensive referral services
Birth preferences guidance
Access to my lending library on pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and general parenthood topics
Support for the birth you want! Whether that be at home, birth center, or in a hospital, It’s up to you!

Continuous labor & birth support at your place of birth
At home labor support as arranged.
Help determining when to go to the hospital
Reminders to eat, drink, rest, etc.
Encouragement and reassurance for mom and support team throughout labor
Suggestions for comfort measures (massage, hot/cold packs, pressure points, position changes, and more)
Help with creating a calm birth environment, as planned
Provide support in keeping with the birth plan as much as possible, provide information about possible procedures, provide assistance with communicating with staff so that you are fully informed of all your options during labor and birth
Stay with you 1-2 hours after birth
1 Postpartum visit
Help with breastfeeding
Help with baby as desired

Birth Doula: $700.
